What is an e-vignette?
The electronic vignette is replacing the classic sticker vignette in more and more countries. With the e-vignette, your license plate number and the validity period are stored with the toll operator after a successful order. With the e-vignette, you no longer have to attach a sticker on your windshield. After placing your order, you only have to print out the e-vignette and carry it with you in your vehicle.
How do I receive my e-vignette?
You will receive the e-vignette by e-mail. Alternatively, you can download the e-vignette from your customer account.
When is my e-vignette valid?
The e-vignette is valid from the requested date. If you have ordered the vignette for today's date, the validity starts from receipt of the vignette. The date and time of the validity start is written on the e-vignette.
When will I receive my e-vignette?
You will receive the ordered vignette 24 hours before the start of the validity of your vignette. If you have chosen today's date as the start of validity, you will receive the e-vignette as soon as possible.
Do I need a separate e-vignette for each country?
Yes, you need an e-vignette for each country that uses electronic toll payment systems. We offer e-vignettes for the following countries: Austria, Slovenia, Czech Republic.
Which e-vignette do I need?
Since each country has its own classification, it is best to find out on the respective country pages.
I have not received the e-vignette, what can I do?
Check in your customer account if the order and payment was successful. If this is the case, you can download the e-vignette here. Please also check your spam folder before contacting our support..
I would like to cancel or revoke the e-vignette. What should I do?
You can do this up to 2 working days before the validity date by sending an e-mail with the following information: Order number, which vignette to cancel/revoke to [email protected] After this period of time the following applies: According to our GTC, the right of cancellation is excluded for distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (validity start date, license plate) or are clearly tailored to personal needs within the meaning of Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
I would like to change the license plate of my e-vignette
Changes can only be made with a customer account: You can do this up to 2 working days before the start of validity in your customer account under "Orders". After this period of time, a change is unfortunately no longer possible. Orders without a customer account cannot be changed.
